Over the years, we have always seen artistes constantly on hats, but recently many of them are beginning to shed the hats as a way of rebranding the themselves. The likes of GT the Guitarman and Banky W also move around without their hats.

As for Dj Jimmy Jatt, the hat he constantly uses grew from being shy and trying to just move around people without being noticed and he has gotten used to  it that he even confirmed "he feels naked without the hat"
